Making a Purchase
Ordering our products could not be easier. Browse our website and add what you would like to your basket to place an order.
Please ensure when adding any personalisation details that you double check any spellings. We print all orders exactly as they appear on your order. Please also check that you have entered your name, address and contact details correctly as these are needed if we have any queries and for your order to be delivered.
If you have a discount code, you must enter it into the discount code box on the checkout page. If you fail to enter the code and pay for your order, we will not be able to refund you.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Orders are not considered accepted by happyhappyhappy until the order has been confirmed and the goods are dispatched by happyhappyhappy.
Placing an order on our website signifies acceptance of our terms and conditions.
We accept payment by PayPal, Credit and Debit cards via PayPal or if you prefer Bank Transfer. We are based in the United Kingdom. If you are shopping from another country, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds from your own currency. Goods will be released once cleared funds have been received. Please allow additional time for echeques to clear.
All goods remain the property of happyhappyhappy until full payment has been received.
If goods are purchased online, we do not receive any credit or debit card details as the payment is processed by PayPal. This is for your protection.
All orders will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class post Free of Charge to the UK. International orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard International service.
Our aim is to get your labels to you as quickly as possible.
Sometimes during the busiest months of July, August and September orders can take a little longer than usual.
The colour of goods may vary slightly form that shown on our website due to limitations of browser software, monitors etc.
Returns Policy and Guarantee
We believe all our products are high quality and will exceed your expectations when used correctly.
We understand errors happen. If you notice you have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately as once an item has been printed the order cannot be changed. If we have made an error with your order, please contact us straight away so that we can sort out a solution for you as quickly as possible.
Only one promotional code can be used per order and will have an expiry date.
We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Goods will be charged at the price current on receipt of order. Where applicable our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
All our products come with a full money back guarantee. If you receive an item you feel is faulty, please notify us and return the item as instructed. If after inspection happyhappyhappy agrees with your complaint we will replace your goods or arrange a refund.
